Associate Product Manager - Internet/Online

An impactful role in every aspect of the product development process. You are expected to be highly creative, have first principled thinking, and be extremely data-friendly, to not settle, manage work in a fast-growing and chaotic environment, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll-out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy.

Job Responsibilities :

- Drive product development from small features to entirely new products with a team of world-class engineers and designers.

- Define the product scope, strategy, and roadmap with prioritization based on business and customer impact.

- Write business/product requirements documents and ensure clear communication and coordination of requirements to the business, design, and development teams.

- Monitor and measure launched products and feed learnings back into the product development process.

- Along with analytics, spend time with users and conduct user research to understand product gaps and make improvements.

- Develop core positioning and evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with the overall strategy and messaging across all communication touchpoints.

Job Requirements:

- Experience in gathering and interpreting qualitative product data and consumer feedback.

- Ability to analyse industry trends and competitor behavior.

- Exceptional ability to identify improved product features and contribute to marketing strategies.

- Ability to report to the Product Manager and collaborate with the product development team.

- Proficiency in compiling project status, risk management, and marketing reports.

- Ability to maintain strong customer relations and provide product support.
