Associate Product Manager Role: Associate Product Manager Location: Bangalore-onsite Experience: 1-2 Notice Period: 30 days Responsibilities: - Own the product roadmap and backlog for customer activation, re-activation, communication journey, and lead qualification by using the right CRM software to meet the goal. - Work with the authority and cross-functional team to deliver your roadmap on time and with quality. - Identify and regularly analyze key metrics and optimize your strategy accordingly. - Analyze user journeys and behaviors to provide actionable insights and recommendations to ensure maximum impact. - Undertake consumer research to identify their needs and current friction points and come up with analysis or consumer understanding backed ideas to unlock growth. Requirements: - Overall 1-2 years of strong product experience preferably with background in customer acquisition, activation, re-engagement, retention, and revenue strategies using CRM systems ideally in health/wellness or a similar industry - Proven track record of owning impactful projects end-to-end from ideation, development, testing to launch - Knack for out-of-the-box thinking and ability to scope and prioritize larger efforts into more manageable and realistic goals. - Can communicate effectively, influence without authority, and align a cross-functional team towards a common goal - Is detail-oriented with superior organization skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines - Enjoys working on complex, ambiguous problems with a diverse, multidisciplinary group of people in a fast-paced environment like the one at Mojocare!
