Responsibilities -&nbsp; - Build a feature from conceptualization through to the release - Understanding a significant user need or problem and figure out what the solution might be - Coordinating across complex dependencies to go from idea to successful implementation - Collaborating with teams across to align plans, unblock roadblocks, and communicate changes with users - Working autonomously through the backlog while making sure that features get delivered quickly and efficiently - Work closely with the Director of Products, CTO and our cross-functional teams to help define and deliver our product roadmap - Communicate directly and be the mediator between the engineering and product design teams - Work across departments with business development, marketing, and operation teams - Track and monitor product performance against business goals and technological capabilities, all the while gathering development insights on possible improvements Requirements -&nbsp; - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders of all levels - Successful track record of leading product strategy with high user engagement and outstanding user satisfaction - Strong analytical skills; numbers are your best friend and all your decisions are backed by numerical proof - Ability to understand the technical implications of design decisions and an understanding of psychology and user-centred design - Background in computer science/software engineering or have an experience of working closely with the engineering team - An inner desire for making a big impact and an extraordinary drive to get things done. Likely pursued an entrepreneurial path early in your career - Fluency in writing SQL queries (preferred, but not mandatory) - At least 2 years of experience in product management
