Associate Product Manager - Financial Services (1-4 yrs)
We are hiring for a product manager role based with a reputed financial services based in Mumbai.
Job brief :
- Looking for an experienced Associate Product Manager to participate in the creation of new products and features, from the idea stage to launch and support the existing functionalities.
- Your main responsibilities will include gathering product requirements, prioritizing feature implementations, improving overall user experience and handling queries from internal customers.
Responsibilities :
- Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience
- Perform quality assurance controls on products
- Coordinate with the engineering department to deliver functional solutions
- Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps
- Prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines
- Monitor and report on users- reactions after launching
- Create support and training documents for internal and external users
- Participate in system configuration
- Provide L1 support for users on production issues
Qualifications : Ideal candidates should have an engineering background. A Business Administration or Marketing degree will be a plus.
