Associate Product Manager - FinTech (Financial Inclusion Product) Our client is a series B funded, fintech startup, offering financial inclusion products to blue-collared workers in India. We are looking for an Associate Product Manager, passionate about building and managing the complete lifecycle of Neo banking product offering - - Driving product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, and positioning - Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams - Creating and Managing Sprints and overseeing tech developments and planning product delivery - Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, infosec, Compliance and sales teams on the release of products - Managing Post launch Sales, Support and Ops Training - Schedule and assign operational requirements to follow up on delivery results - Working with Data Analyst to have a Track on Product Performances to achieve the North Star Metrics - Bring new products to market with return-on-investment analysis - Determine product pricing based on market research, production costs and anticipated demand - Oversee the entire funnel from user acquisition to customer retention to expansion - Analyzing local, national, and global trends that impact both the organization and the industry in terms of Revenue Background / Experience Preferred : - 2 plus years experience in product management - Fintech/banking Background preferred. - Any experience in financial inclusion / blue-collared workers would be a huge plus.
