Job Responsibilities :
- Works with the Product Manager on writing effective user stories and maintaining the backlog
- Works with the Scrum Master to implement an agile way of working in the team to ensure timely completion of sprints
- Leads process analysis, diagnostics and identification of improvement levers based on inputs from the Product Manager
- Works with key stakeholders to obtain relevant datasets for analysis, cleans those datasets and performs required analysis
- Supports the team during refinements and planning to focus on most valuable features
- Constantly looks for better ways of solving problems in existing processes and designing the solution, not afraid of challenging the status quo
- 1-3 years of business analyst or consulting experience with a spike on technology - prior work experience in a fast paced digital startup, previous Business Analyst experience is preferred
