Associate Product Manager/Assistant Manager - Product - AdTech Domain

Responsibilities:

- Ensure user stories are ready for development to start work.

- Ensure each story has the correct acceptance criteria.

- Gather, manage, and priorities the product backlog based on business impact

- Sprint planning.

- Ensure close collaboration with the development team. Addressing their queries.

- Work closely with engineering and quality assurance to ensure the right customer problem is solved.

- Competitive analysis with the team to best focus their efforts.

- Contribute to the work of the Product Manager as they define a product differentiation strategy.

- Track progress towards the release of a product.

- Constant focus on user feedback and actioning insights to drive product improvements.

- Defining success metrics for each release.

- Attending demos and ensuring that the implementation is in-line with the requirements.

- You will own quality, deployment and operational excellence initiatives.

Key Skills Required:

- 1-3 years of product management experience with backend understanding

- Should be an effective communicator and should be able to talk to various stakeholders

- Familiarity in agile development framework will be preferable.

- Experience in working for startups or high growth product organizations is preferred
