Associate Process Manager - Foreign Exchange (4-7 yrs)
- Minimum 4 Years of experience in Foreign Exchange Settlements & Confirmation.
- Take a leadership role in independently managing middle / back-office operations for Investment Banks.
- Independently handle clients - establish self as a valued partner.
- Independently handle all client escalations and lead mitigation steps to prevent future escalations.
- Build domain expertise and lead from the front.
- Lead team size of around 10-15 people - lead hiring, training, onboarding, resource allocation, delivery management, performance appraisals, mentoring, etc
- Help knowledge management endeavor by sharing process knowledge and best practices within the teams
- Minimize program dependence on self and other key members.
