Roles & Responsibilities : 

1. Leading Search and Advisory projects independently

- Execution lead - client facing, end to end search leadership.

- Ability to understand and drive sharp search brief with client.

- Bring new thinking around the role, debate the role design, take advisory stance, drive clarity through engaging different stakeholders. Use Partner if needed to get cover with client.

- Drive high quality research - focus segments, new segments, zoom in and out in the market to drive creation of an exciting pool of candidates.

- Candidate assessment

- Client reporting and management

- Risk and closure management

- Business Development

- Would carry targets both individual revenue, practice revenue.

- Encourage to build and leverage networks at the highest levels.

- Participate and/or specific revenue opportunities, sales and pitches.

- Expertise

- Lead with knowledge and insights in diverse domains - industry/sub industry, functions etc.

- Ideate and lead specific expertise development - original research and its market presentation

- Constantly add value to clients, business development by developing and communicating sharp and specific point of views on organisation, leadership, governance and industry trends and best practices.

2. Board Practice

- Board Practice is in a phase of developing innovative Board Evaluation Products with technology and analytics backbone. This work needs strong conceptual knowledge of business research, rating and benchmarking methodologies as well as using technology and analytics.

- Incumbent would be closely involved in developing Board Evaluation Products along with being the Execution Lead for projects and carrying Business Development targets.
