Roles & Responsibilities : - Provide thought leadership on various analytics problems across retail functions - Partner closely with practice, and technical teams to craft well-structured comprehensive proposals/ RFP responses clearly highlighted for our client's competitive strengths relevant to Client's selection criteria - Lead/Support analytics solutioning across retail functions including Customer Analytics, E-commerce, Store Ops, HR, Finance & Supply Chain - Engage closely with client partners, sales leads to actively explore the client's business needs and formulate solution ideas that can improve process efficiency and cut cost, or achieve growth/revenue/profitability targets faster - Have a responsibility towards meeting vertical revenue targets - Focus on new client onboarding for Our Client and ensure a high level of customer success to successfully transition clients to the delivery teams Ideal Candidate should have : - Bachelor in IT / Computers / EE or related fields plus an MBA - 15+ years in Retail analytics delivery, pre-sales, and consulting. Industry experience is a plus - Experience in leadership positions and experience in managing diverse teams - Possesses strong analytical/logical thinking, storyboarding and executive communication skills - 15 to 22 Years of related work experience.
