- Work with enterprise sales teams, Product Managers and a variety of other stakeholders.
- Subject matter expert for our product, technical architecture & industry domain.
- Orchestration of the ideation, design and development activities of defined products/solutions.
- Provide exemplary pre-sales expertise through technical and product presentations, demonstrations, pilot implementations and ongoing sales consultations
- Outline selected solution for detailed design by product teams
- Define and secure the investment requirements for the solution in partnership with the product team
- Identify & understand unique problem cases in the market and product needs and formulate solutions using the portfolio of products & services
- Build working knowledge of competing products and how to sell against them.
- At least 5 to 7 years of prior Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales or Solution Architect experience with software in a SaaS/Cloud environment, selling to CXO/VP level buyers.
- Comfortable with ambiguity in entrepreneurial environments.
- Outstanding professional, sales, and technical capabilities; comfortable supporting enterprise (field) sales teams on targeted accounts.
- Ability to see and present 'the big picture', architect solutions to solve customer problems, and business challenges.
- Strong customer-facing and relationship building skills.
