RESPONSIBILITIES : - Review Journal Entries with accuracy and in compliance with company policies and applicable accounting regulations. Review and posting of month end journal entries. - Ensure month end closing, Quarter end closing and year end closing with deadlines specified by client. - Payroll accounting for U.S. like weekly, Bi-weekly JE. - Balance sheet Reconciliation, analysis and take care of open items and clear them on monthly & Quarterly basis. - Re-class and segregate the cost of multiple operating company. - Inter-company and operating company operations control like recharges, reconciliation. - Accruals, deferrals, prepaid expense and reclass. - P&L review and identify the items need to reclass and take care of some balance sheet item. - Taking care of all Adhoc Queries & request. - Responsible for meeting all SLA targets and generating all process related reports. - Manage team performance and responsible for the overall development of the team. - Manage and strengthen Client Relationship. - Preparation of Dashboards and Deck. - Handle escalated Client emails/calls. - Preparation of 3X3 metrics. (SLA/KPI). - Preparation of FMEA(Failure mode effects analysis). REQUIREMENTS : - 4-8 years of experience in finance and accounting functions. Essential : - Chartered Accountant, Accounting degree (like CA, CIMA, and ACCA etc.) - Excellent communication skills WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU : An opportunity to define, lead and coordinate the operations/function of the company.
