Associate - Operations - Online Car Rental - IIT/NIT

What will be the scope of your work :

You will be assigned an independent part of the business to oversee. We are a process and innovation driven company.

Your responsibilities will include :

- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency in existing processes

- Planning experiments and pilots to validate opportunities and proposed solution

- Automate wherever possible - identify metrics to track performance

- Hiring the right team to put the process on auto- pilot

- Finding the next challenge/ Picking the next business goal to work on

Requirement :

- 1 - 3 years of applicable work experience in operations/logistics/supply- chain/business development

- Experience in technology company is a plus

- Experience managing cross functional teams
