Associate Operations Manager - Catastrophic Modeling/P&C/General Insurance/CAT Modeling - KPO

Leading KPO in Chennai having the largest catastrophic modeling team, requires a strong operations professional from P&C/General Insurance/CAT Modeling to manage a 50 member team as well handle multiple accounts for service delivery, process management and stakeholder management.

JOB SUMMARY

The Assistant Operations Manager is primarily responsible for supervising the duties of team monitoring workflow management and overall team performance to ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLA- s) are met. The Assistant Operations Manager will have frequent client interaction and serves as the key point of contact for their respective team. In addition, the Manager provides necessary mentoring and coaching needed to drive high performance.

Experience:

- Overall experience of 10-12 years in operations of General Insurance/P&C or CAT Modeling

- Relevant experience in people management and account Management of at least 7 years

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
