Associate - Merger & Acquisition 0 Investment Banking/Private Equity (1-2 yrs)
We are hiring M&A Associate for one of our client a leading Investment Banking/ PE group based out in Mumbai. We are seeking talent with expertise in M&A (Private Equity) from Mumbai location only.
Job Roles & Responsibilities :
- End to end origination and execution of M&A transaction across industries.
- Preparation of teasers, IMs, pitchbook, financial models, and support on due diligence, definitive agreements and closing deliverables
- Preparation of teasers, IMs, IPO pitches and financial models, and conducted valuation on logistics and infrastructure companies
- Advising clients on variety of restructuring arrangements viz. merger, demerger, slump sale, etc. and undertaking valuation of shares for M&A purposes.
Qualification - MBA pass out from reputed institute with minimum 2 yrs of post qualification experience.
