Job Opportunity: Associate - Merchant Banking (AIF)

Department: Merchant Banking - Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) Vertical

Key Responsibilities:

- Familiarity with processes relating to Due Diligence, documentation and compliances.

- Ensure smooth execution of processes within the vertical.

- Working Experience in Merchant Banking

- Knowledge of Alternative Investment Funds, Regulatory norms of SEBI, etc.

- Good command over MS Office

Educational Qualification: CS (Company Secretary) / LLB (Bachelor of Laws).

Skills & Requirements:

- Interpretation of relevant Legal Laws.

- Proactive individual who have analytical skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
