- Drafting, vetting and validating various agreements, viz. Master service agreement, Service level Agreements, service partner agreements, leave and licence, agreement related to Satellites, Broadcasting Agreements, Agreements with LCOs, Tripartite Agreements, drafting replies to TRAI Consultation Papers, Negotiating terms of agreements with vendors Drafting letters, Legal replies etc.

- Holding meetings with Law Firms. Trademark filing and other work related to Trademark, Interpretation of orders relating to Regulatory, Trademark and other work related to Regulatory (TRAI, MIB) Filing and documentation  

- Intellectual Property Rights knowledge is a must
