Associate Marketing Manager - Hospital Business - Pharma - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI (8-10 yrs)
- Formulation of marketing strategies, Communication, engagement initiatives for all hospital stakeholders
- Execution of multi-specialty HCP (healthcare professional) promotion in Hospital setting / BTL consumer activation for portfolio of products
- Execute with help of cross functional teams. Track & measure the impact of the Marketing Programs
- Responsible to identify potential opportunities within hospitals
- Responsible for the topline and brand profitability
- Managing the agencies to develop partnership as brand strategic and communication partners
- Liaise with Market Research team
- Support and drive sales team - work in close partnership with Cross Functional teams to ensure marketing programs are driven consistently and in a high quality manner
Candidate Background
- New Product launch experience will be an advantage
- Proven track record for designing, implementing and tracking impact of creative marketing programs through sales force.
- Experience in sales function will be an added advantage
- Total desirable experience of 8-10 years in marketing in Pharma / Devices
- Experience in team management and strong in science
- MBA Marketing from reputed Institute
