Associate Manager - Transaction Services (5-11 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Project Management
- Lead engagement teams executing Transaction Services which support key decision makers in developing and executing their transaction strategy to secure deal value
- Manage client engagement teams executing TS services
- Demonstrate excellent skills in project execution, including synergy assessment, project management, problem-solving, and facilitation
- Share sector expertise and add enhancing the quality of output by making the analysis more insightful
- Global relationship management
- Build relationships with offices across the globe, and demonstrate knowledge of regional practices.
- Assist in business development activities including preparing presentations for client and internal pursuit meetings
- Create work products that document the engagement procedures performed against objectives
- People and operation management
- Manage a small team. Provide guidance on projects. Conduct timely performance reviews for employees and develop other professionals by providing effective performance feedback and training.
- Preparation of business review reports
- Impart training to team members on databases,
Understanding of M&A life cycle, carve-out / integration of a business post-announcement of transaction, cross-border M&A
Functional experience including in corporate finance, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, shared service center operations, commercial operations, R&D, sales and finance function operations
Financial analysis experience from a number of pre- and post-deal transactions, with the ability to link detailed operational analysis to P&L, cash flow and balance sheet
