Associate Manager - Taxation & Compliance - FMCG (5-10 yrs)
- Responsible for TDS / TDS deduction / recovery as per the IT rules and regulation, sharing the deduction details with HO, Coordinating with HO to get the deducted amount to get deposited in to government account well within due date.
- Preparation of periodic TDS / TCS returns and filing of on-line e- returns well within the due date.
- Responsible for adhering and ensuring compliance to all the requirements under Central Excise & Service Tax Act / Rules and Regulations.
- Maintaining various registers / records / documents under Central excise & Service Tax requirements.
- Ensuring proper documentation in connection with Excise duty/ Service Tax payable and CENVAT claim.
- Responsible for adhering and ensuring compliance to all the statutory requirements under Sale Tax - CST & TNVAT Act / Rules and Regulation
- Maintaining clear documents / records / forms etc. under CST & TNVAT
- Ensuring the proper documentation for all inward & outward materials
