The successful candidate will play a key role in our newly established contact center, focusing on email sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in sales email management, preferably within the airline industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute email marketing strategies to drive sales, increase revenue, and enhance customer engagement.

- Manage and optimize the email sales funnel, including lead generation, segmentation, and conversion optimization.

- Collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to ensure alignment of email communication with overall business objectives.

- Analyze email campaign performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and utilize data-driven insights to optimize email campaigns for maximum effectiveness.

- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and sales-related emails in a timely and professional manner, providing personalized assistance and driving conversions.

- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing and sales to drive continuous improvement.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales email specialists to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data protection laws in all email communications.

- Utilize relevant tools and technologies, including CRM systems and email marketing platforms, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
