Associate Manager - Reporting & Analytics - Global Sales Operations - IT

We are looking for associate manager - MIS and analytics for Global Sales function of a prestigious software company ,you must worked in an individual capacity for few years before moving on to team management role.

Desired Profile:

- Graduate with 6+ years of prior reporting and analysis experience

- Experience in new and renewals-based business (Software/SAAS preferred).

- Hands-on experience and knowledge in creating and manipulating reports using Excel and other database tools - An expert in Excel

- Knowledge and understanding of CRM software and other reporting systems.

- Knowledge of tools and languages like Power BI, Tableau, VBA etc. would be a plus.

- Advanced English Skills - Spoken and Written

- Excellent listening skills with the ability to analyze and draw the need effectively

- Critical thinking and proven problem-solving abilities

- Strong Multi-Tasking, Time Management & Organizational Skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

- As a Team Lead will mentor and Coach the Team of Reporting & Analysis professionals.

- Responsible for sales reporting on business pipelines, forecasts and other sales and service team ad-hoc reports.

- Database hygiene and management - Ensuring that the data is complete and accurate in the CRM system

- Maintain KPIs and dashboards to drive visibility in pipeline, Net New and Renewals management and forecasting.

- Work with senior leaders to define and optimize reports and dashboards required for the business.

- Evaluate and generate ad hoc reports as needed.
