We have an Excellent opportunity for Recruitment Associate Manager with CMM Level5 Company.

Job Title: Recruitment Associate Manager - Chennai.

Job Description :

- The Recruiter - Associate Manager is accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on the Recruiting Plan.

- The Recruiter - Associate Manager administers the recruiting process of leadership hiring.

- The Recruiter - AM may supervise team of about 10-12 members

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for Sourcing Planning and Managing pipeline across

- Experience in Bulk / Mass / Volume hiring / BPO hiring

- Meeting recruiting targets and managing internal or external stakeholder reporting

- Design the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel with special focus on New Age sourcing techniques

- Explore and implement the market best practices in the recruitment

- Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and Recruitment channels

- Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process

- Conducts job interviews for key jobs in the organization

- Manages and develops the team of Recruiters

- Provide Market Research and mapping for ongoing and new recruitment requirements

- Act as an escalation point to business stakeholders for all recruiting related concern

- Provide external marketplace information to Leadership

- Optimize and Update recruiting databases and tools

Knowledge or Skills Requirements :

- Deep Understanding of BPS Industry & exec landscape

- Strong Networking skills

- Strong social media / headhunting experience

- High Executive Presence to engage with Sr. candidates

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills

- Strong understanding of the company's business objectives and organizational structure

- Very good understanding of the company's position in the marketplace

- Strong understanding of recruiting processes and procedures

- Strong understanding of recruiting or sourcing processes and organization and tools

- Very strong understanding of recruiting profiles

- Understanding of selling messages for each organization

- Strong interviewing skills

- Understanding of recruiting resource and marketing plan

- Good understanding of pipeline management and yield analysis

- Good understanding of the external marketplace or trends

- Data analysis experience

- Strong team player

- Good leadership and coaching skills

- Analytical skills and problem solving skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills Requirements :

Stake holder management : Senior Manager and leadership level
