JOB ROLE: ASSOCIATE MANAGER (R2R Lead)

This job opportunity is with one of our client in Bangalore near Electronic City.

We need candidates who have completed CA and having 4-5 years post qualification experience.

SHIFT: Only US Shift

Preferred: From Big4 CA firms/ other top 5 CA firms/ KPOs/ Accounting Outsourcing firms/ MNCs etc

KEY SKILLS:

1. Strong in operations, Reporting, A/c & finance mgmt., Comm. Skills, Team handling

2. Maintaining financial records, controls and reporting in accordance with company and Client requirements.

3. To take the lead in the understanding, interpreting, communicating and delivering commitments to client and company by effectively engaging and developing the team.

4. Should have managed a team of 5 to 10 members for 2+ years.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS :

1. Operations Management - Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Treasury Control

2. Client Relationship Management

3. Planning, Internal Administration & Reporting

We need candidates who are available for immediate joining or those who have a notice period of less than 30 days, and candidates who are interested in relocating to Bangalore from different places are also Preferred.
