Associate Manager - Quality Excellence

We need someone is having working experience on TQM, Quality Excellence and some exposure on Deming Awards

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Hoshin Kanri Deployment for enterprise wide quality

- Support in development of X matrix, action items and KPIs

- Organize training and awareness sessions across organisation on Hoshin deployment and cross functional alignment.

- Develop and maintain OBEYA model for QA function

- Co-ordination with global quality consultant

- Quality 4.0 for real-time data driven actionable insights towards future of quality

- Conceptualization

- Co-ordination with Industry 4.0 team

- Development of digital dashboards in collaboration with IS

- Vehicle Traceability

- Safety & Emission Parts

- Integrate Q initiatives with smart cell development initiatives

- Cost of Quality framework development

- Define end-to-end process of cost of quality management

- Define the Cost of Quality strategy

- Automatize and standardize data collection. Adapt frequency of data collection.

- Connect Cost of Quality metric to budget
