Associate/Manager - Project Management + Business Analysis - BFS

- 3+ years experience in project management, business analysis, change or a consulting framework

- Detailed-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills. Ability to work independently showing initiative and problem solving, while working within a team environment

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate key messages, and simplify complex business situations across all levels of seniority and functions

- Strategic and analytical thinker with a drive towards execution and delivering results

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio and Project; experience in process flow analysis/mapping

- Understanding of Agile methodology and Fintech tools desirable

- Be a team player who is flexible and can maintain both a positive attitude and high level of performance on high demand/time-sensitive initiatives

- Bachelors or Masters Degree (or equivalent)

- Exposure to financial services industry and interest in Private Banking.
