JOB SUMMARY :

- Act as a business partner to industry and practice leads, by providing data-driven insights and help run strategic market development initiatives.

- Manage leadership reviews of sales results, provides insights to sales leadership.

- Provide analysis for programs that include pipeline improvement initiatives, win/loss, account planning and campaign management.

- Provide operations support and reporting to leadership to help them run their portfolios, understand key performance metrics and drive performance improvements.

- Support leadership with business planning tasks such as budgeting and forecasting for Sales and Pipeline, Revenue, CCI, Headcount Planning, Business Development, in close collaboration with Finance and HR teams.

- Provide decision support for leadership through diagnosis of business results (Pipeline, Win Rates, Sales/Rev/CCI). Identify and investigate deviations and help develop remediation actions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Strategic leadership :

a. SME on business reporting and data

b. Combine strong understanding of the client products with business acumen so as to produce insightful analysis

c. Identify areas of innovation in business analysis

d. Maintain knowledge of client's business and proactively integrate changes into projects

- Stakeholder management :

a. Understand the operational requirements of the leadership

b. Identify and manage issues and crisis proactively

c. Quick thinker and able to propose solutions

d. Partner with stakeholders so as to provide business advice

e. Manage conflicting stakeholder priorities

f. Drive change by working with various levels of stakeholders across geographies

- Production management :

a. Hands on production of reports, scorecards other deliverables and analysis

b. Oversee and ensure work to completion

c. Responsible for data accuracy, timeliness, and overall work set up and execute QA process and peer reviews.

- Team development and work management :

a. Innovate and deliver additional value to the leadership through efficient, quality service and continuous improvement

b. Juggle multiple requests, prioritize according to business stakeholder needs and requirements

c. Accountable for data accuracy, timeliness and overall quality of the work product

d. Act as a point of escalation for overall delivery

e. Ensure business continuity and pro-active management of delivery risks

f. Act as backup as and when needed for the team members

g. Build and maintain a positive team environment

h. Coach, mentor and guide team members

- Innovation :

a. Constantly innovating to stay ahead and remain state of art

b. Use latest analytics tools to provide insights to business

c. Identify new visualization techniques and methods

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :

- BS degree (or equivalent) required, full time MBA from tier I or tier II preferred

- 9 - 11 years of post-education experience, with at least 7-9 years of relevant experience

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :

- Excellent communication in English (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with international stakeholders

- Good knowledge of advanced Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Access, VBA, SSRS, and tools like PowerBI Tableau will be preferred

- Experience in handling global clients, program management, people management

- Strong presentation and project management skills

- Preferably handled projects in the areas of sales reporting, operations, analytics, MIS
