Qualification & Exp - MBA - HR (2Yrs Full Time) from reputed institute with 8 - 13 Yrs exp in Plant HR / ER. Fluent in Marathi is must.

CTC - open up to 16 - 17 LPA (Depending upon current CTC & total Yrs of Exp)

Job Profile - Responsible Develop and lead an effective Industrial Relations, Workforce Union Management, Govt. Liasioning, Employee Welfare, HR Policies, Employment Law, Statutory Compliance, Grievances, Labour Relations, Payroll, MIS and Employee Engagement at Plant Units.
