Job Description:

The HR Representative - Analyst supports general human resources activities specifically in the area of performance management career development compensation and preparation of scheduling decisions. Where applicable the HR Representative - Analyst will help resolving supply or demand issues.

Performance Management and Professional Development:

Assist with the coordination of Human Resources process .e.g. annual and midyear promotions annual performance management compensation and salary administration. According to geographic or entity guidelines. Help maintaining individual career plans of all assigned personnel

Assist with technical questions in on-going performance feedback processes.

Employee Relations and Employee Transitions:

Support the resolution of personnel issues.

Help with the integration of new joiners. Assist the termination process by organizing discussions gathering appropriate documentation coordinating exit interviews and summarizing any resulting issues.

Update all personnel changes from initial request through approval and implementation .location transfers entity transfers workforce transfers other personnel transactions. In the systems. Resource planning .if applicable.

Monitor demand for personnel for one assigned client assist with the identification and evaluation of candidates

Monitor supply and demand of assigned personnel. General HR Update applicable Human Resources systems and maintain data as required.

Support a community partner and community members for the assigned community by coordinating activities or meetings.

Keep records and update management on a variety of matters including absence poor performance terminations disciplinary and grievance matters and flexible working arrangements.

Help with the implementation of people programs and initiatives.

Maintain attrition or retention statistics as well as headcount and exit data.

Work Experience: 4+ year relevant experience in HR or Recruiting

Work Requirements: The incumbent will be based in one of Accenture's offices in the local geography.

Relationships:

Reports to: HR Representative - Senior Analyst and above Client Group HR Country HR - Senior Analyst and above

Supervises: N or External Relationships: HR service providers as appropriate
