India Operations is at a critical juncture as we expect huge growth through complex transitions, mega clients and external lateral hiring. We are building a team who will specialize in managing HR Service delivery for these complex transitions and growth. This role of the People Advisor AssociateManager - Transitions has been thoughtfully crafted to meet the unique demands of all our upcoming re-badgins, re-hirings, complex transitions and all the hiring in pipeline for India Operations. We are scouting for a Field HR expert who can lead the HR Service delivery for all the upcoming re-badgings, rehirings, complex transitions, new hires, thereby demonstrating high levels of: a. Strategic thinking b. Change management c. Agile Execution This role will include new hire assimilation, design/implementation of local employee engagement and recognition programs, providing mobility services, planning/delivering training, coaching, mentoring and supervision. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of People Advisors. - Participate in the due diligence and Total Rewards benchmarking exercise and come up with proposed Rewards solution for the rebadgings / rehirings. During this process, you will be required to work very closely with the HR and transition teams within client organizations. - Prepare a detailed Employee Value Proposition, Communication plan and offer strategy for all in-scope rebadging / rehiring employees. - Manage execution of the offer strategy and onboarding in collaboration with business and recruiting teams. - Ensure assimilation and integration of all hires - rebadged, new hires. - Design and implement local employee engagement and recognition programs for the employees, design. - Execute key HR processes within Field HR, i.e. performance management, exit management, grievance management and career moves through internal role postings. - Coordinate, deliver, prioritize and manage escalation of all activities executed by the Location HR and People Advisor teams. - Work closely with the MU People Programs Lead on programs and initiatives which are running across India Operations, and with the People Advisor team to ensure that processes and programs and driven out and implemented on the ground. - Plan and deliver training, coaching and mentoring required to ensure that Field HR teams in each GU possess the capability and confidence to perform to the highest level. Qualification: Postgraduate Human Resources Degree or related experience.
