Associate Manager- Online Sales/Brand Marketing (2-6 yrs)
Key responsibilities
- End to end management of DBU revenue programs in AUSTRALIA
- Optimizing customer communications and GTM strategy for AUSTRALIA DBU/web store
- Business analytics - Conducting Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning exercises to improve GTM
- Collaborating with stakeholders to run revenue programs aimed at increasing web store revenue
- Conducting customer/market research and analyzing competitive strategies related to D2C marketing to improve store revenue
Requirements :
- MBA with a strategy/marketing focus from a premier institute
- 3-6 years of experience in sales, marketing, category management or equivalent experience
- Experience in managing and growing consumer business - Prior revenue center experience
- Experience in building D2C digital business - Exposure to owned/earned/paid digital marketing + brand management
- Experience in program managing strategic initiatives - Prior strategic project + stakeholder management experience
- Understanding of management frameworks, and an ability to convert business problems into component parts
- Superior analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to dive in and quickly understand the root cause and identify scalable solutions
- Desire and ability to work independently and autonomously
- Thorough understanding of order to cash process for e-commerce platforms
