Roles and Responsibilities :&nbsp; - We are looking for a high-performing Manager Sales to meet our customer acquisition across the globe market and revenue growth objectives. Key responsibilities are (but not limited to): - Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities in multiple domains, more into BFSI space. - Finding unique ways to Sell our IT products and increase our clients base globally. - spend a significant amount of time with clients and customers those who buy and use products - Build and maintaining client relations and work with internal departments such as the Marketing or Product teams to engage clients more deeply - Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions - Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets - Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition - Follow organizational policies and regulations that affect the Sales department - Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times - Should focus on the importance of excellent communication and presentation skills, self-motivation and ask for candidates with a history of success. Required experience, skill, knowledge: - 8 - 10 years of IT sales experience - Experience into BFSI space would be a huge plus - Strong in selling IT Products and Solutions across US, UK, EMEA and APAC regions. - Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization - Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close - Strong business sense and industry expertise - Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills - Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills - High-level proficiency with MS Office programs - Capacity to work independently with Passion and drive
