Our client is an online start-up in B2B fashion space. The company, through an online product, makes it easy for sellers to procure the latest fashion garments at a click of a button. The company works with various clients spread across India.

Our client is building technologies, products, platforms and services, and cutting-edge supply chains that will work for the next billion Indians who have fundamentally different needs - access, language, selection, supply chain, financial, cultural, operating in distributed, chaotic and unstructured environments.

The company founders are people who are serial entrepreneurs and are now working to bring efficiency in the whole supply-chain system.

They are looking for an exceptional Product Marketing Manager to join their team. S/he will work on new and interesting products for B2B users, and develop engaging marketing content and initiating effective marketing programs. The role will give you an opportunity to work with a cross-functional team from Business, Product, Tech and Design.

Roles & responsibilities :

1. Interact with multiple stakeholders, including customers, leadership team, internal users, etc., to come up with new features.

2. Write user stories and product notes, and work with technology team to convert them into features

3. Work with the product management team in product launch planning and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan

4. Work with cross-functional team to prioritise, define and release new features/products

5. Own Customer Marketing activities to continually educate our users about the product and company to increase user engagement, product adoption and retention

6. Work cross-functionally with both the sales and product teams to create product marketing content (e.g. case studies, sales enablement materials, product videos, web copies, competitive differentiation, white papers) that clearly and effectively communicates unique capabilities of the platform

7. Build and lead customer marketing programs. Engage in on-going dialog with customers.

8. Constantly test her own products, create test cases to improve the product

9. Set up processes and use tools to efficiently achieve product goals

Candidate qualifications -

1. 2 to 4 yrs of experience in product management/ marketing.

2. Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically including the ability to formulate data-driven and result-oriented decisions.

3. Ability to prioritize in an ambiguous environment.

4. Exceptional interpersonal, communication (spoken and written) and influencing skills and an ability to navigate a complex and unstructured cross-functional environment.

5. BTech or MBA form tier-1 institute is preferred, not mandatory.

6. Very strong logical thinking capabilities and analytical skills

7. Extremely detailed oriented and data driven
