- Generating revenue by leadership hiring for our clients.

- Mentoring and coordinating a team of "Associates - Leadership Hiring".

- Experience in technical and non-technical recruitment - (Leadership Hiring)

- Great stakeholder management skills to coordinate and maintain healthy relationships.

- Strong execution skills, Action-oriented and Go-getter

- Excellent communications skills to manage stakeholders

- Proficiency in MS Office
