You will be responsible for preparing financial reports, advising on financial matters wherever required and ensuring day to day finance and accounting activities are run efficiently and effectively. We bet, you will have a great time doing what you love to and that includes: - Manage day-to-day company accounts including accounts payable & receivable, bank reconciliations, recording of all transactions in the accounting system, payroll processing and compliance, tax, reporting, regulatory filings and treasury - Managing the entire payment gateway reconciliation process on a daily basis, including preparing and reviewing reports, accounting and balance checks and control. - Establish and maintain financial policies, internal financial controls and procedures for the Company. - Cash flow management, budget forecasting and assist with financial planning - Prepare monthly management accounts, investor reporting packages and audited financial statements. Prepare and maintain the investor ready data room for due diligence purposes - Research and monitor changes in the accounting framework and produce reports on findings and the expected impact to the business - Proactively refine and implement processes, internal controls and compliance to adapt to our rapidly growing business - Lead on taxation matters, including TDS, GST and Income Tax. - Store and manage statutory records of the company to ensure compliance with tax matters - Maintain the company's corporate documents including the register of members and directors You should excel in this role, if you have: Qualified Chartered Accountant with relevant experience of 10-12 years, preferably in the fintech industry. - Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general industry patterns - Working knowledge of accounting software Tally 9 ERP. - Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
