Associate Manager - Legal - LLB/LLM

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in Law

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all compliances relating to KIADB, KSFES, Airports Authority and Dept. of Factories or other concerned authorities for all facilities of the company.

- Draft and file applications for approvals from the above said authorities.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in preparing, filing and responding to the queries from respective authorities.

- Liaisoning with government authorities for obtaining approvals/licenses

- Drafting negotiating and finalizing lease agreements including registration of the same.

- Title verification and scrutiny of legal documents for any land/facility purchases or lease by the company.

- Reporting and MIS to all stakeholders

- Conduct annual compliance assurances for all approvals / licenses obtained

- Advise on regulatory changes and align internal process accordingly.

- Policy advocacy - representing and negotiating policy changes required with the concerned authorities.

- Assist and liaison with external advocates on litigations w.r.t. to any facility or industrial accidents related issues
