Role Description

- Act as the single point of contact for designated contracts as per organizational policy

- Be responsible for Contract review and negotiations

- Facilitate risk evaluation and exception approval process as per the organization's contracting framework.

- Track and drive contract closures with execution

- Guide Delivery, Sales, Pre-Sales teams with appropriate review in the proposal creation process

- Maintain function MIS

- Customer contract, master service agreement, statements of work - Law graduate

- Commercial acumen

- Target achievement orientation.

- Good written and oral communication

- Good proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel

- Ability to work and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
