Position: Associate Manager

Location: Noida

This position is focused on sourcing and category knowledge in Technology/ IT Sourcing categories.

Basic Qualifications:

- Minimum of 10 years of technology / IT sourcing.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of strategic sourcing, consulting or related professional industry experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Cloud: including public cloud offerings such as AWS, Google, and Azure

Telecom

- Infrastructure: including servers, end-user computing, print services, storage, and security, Hardware

- Software: including SaaS, ELAs with major vendors, maintenance renewals, security, and Platform-as-a-Service

- Services: managed services, devops, strategic consulting services, cloud managed services, application and infrastructure services, contact centers, requirements development.

Analytical experience :

- As a Procurement Category Advisor, you will harvest market intelligence content in the key categories; infuse category insights and strategies into opportunity assessments, sourcing projects, and sales pursuits; and coach and guide sourcing project managers with strategic oversight on projects within respective areas.

- Thorough understanding of the supplier landscape and interpretation of market trends within the identified categories listed above.

- Strong sourcing knowledge to be able to translate category to sourcing strategy

- Strong ability to effectively manage in a matrix organizational structure working with multiple internal stakeholder

- Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders or customers that have resulted in high customer satisfaction

- Strong experience in Contacting, Negotiating with the vendor,excellent communication skills.

- Should have experience in working in the Global Markets

- Should be open working in US Shift(5.30 PM-2.30 AM)

- Hybrid Model( 3 Days WFO/2 Days WFH)
