JOB LOCATION: GURGAON
WORK EXPERIENCE: 2 - 5 years post qualification in internal audit, in an advisory/ CA/ professional services firm.
EXPERTISE:
- Must have strong knowledge of auditing and accounting standards.
- Should have handled internal audit assignments earlier.
- Ability to prioritize, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity.
- Should be able to lead and motivate subordinates.
- Excellent presentation and English communication skills required.
- Should be a team player with a proactive and result oriented approach.
SCOPE OF WORK:
This is a consulting role in an advisory firm having presence in 6 cities within India, catering to clients across industries.
- Audit planning, execution, and finalization.
- Manage and mentor team of consultants, Assistant Managers assigned to project; execute and complete assigned projects within the time, scope, and budget negotiated with the client
- Design prototypes and proof of concepts that best fit the client's needs; ensure client's satisfaction until the project is complete.
- Evaluate existing systems and procedures making recommendations for improvement
- Statutory compliance under various laws such as income tax act, sales tax etc.
- Regular submissions/ postings to knowledge databases.
- Establish & maintain good working relationships with clients (adapt to changed work environment at different clients/ locations).
