Position Title : Associate Manager Taxation

Department : Finance Corporate Rptg

Reports To : Director Finance

Qualifications : Chartered Accountant

Job Description :

- Should have good knowledge in the area of corporate taxation (Indirect Tax) and ready to accept challenges in terms of stiff deadlines

- Service Tax experience is must Should have strong working and technical knowledge in the areas of corporate income tax, TDS, service tax, and Karnataka VAT legislations

- Should be able to independently handle the periodic compliance work pertaining to income tax, TDS, service tax and Karnataka VAT legislations.

- This would include periodic tax remittances and return and other forms- filings etc

- Manage the annual corporate tax return filing and tax audit activities

- Work on the tax provision amount and tax ledger accounting during the quarter or year-end closure of books of account

- Should be able to handle the day-to-day correspondence with tax authorities and relationship management with all the concerned regulatory authorities

- Should ensure overall compliance of the organization with all the applicable taxation rules and regulations

- Knowledge of international tax or transfer pricing would be an added advantage

- Should be able to work with external consultants wherever required

- Need to be update with continuous amendments in taxation domain and take initiative in intimating the internal teams of the required changes to be made

Software knowledge : Working knowledge of MS - Office

Qualifications : Chartered Accountant

Experience Desired :

- 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience

- Soft Skills Required

- Good communication skills

- Good problem solving skills

- Should be proactive in approach

Location : Bangalore
