JD for Associate Manager - CRM
What You'll Do:
- Create clear compelling copy for various mediums (push notifications, emails, SMS, email notifications)
- Work closely with Category Managers and Program managers
- Manage end to end campaigns and engage customers through relevant communications
- Create relevant customer segments, analyze trends and prioritize campaigns
- Increase user growth across platforms
- Provide messaging and channel understanding to internal stakeholders
- Working on marketing tools like Clevertap / MoEngage / WebEngage
What You'll Need:
Exp required: 2+ years
Required: Knowledge of WebEngage, Clevertap, Netcore, or MoEngage is a must.
- Proficient in Excel and HTML
- Knowledge of SQL will be desirable
- Should be analytical, detail-oriented and organized
- General understanding of the ed-tech landscape and trends will be desirable
Preferred: a good working understanding of javascript/using API endpoints
