- Identification of Import and Export exposure and communicating to Front office for exposure management.
- Adhering to the Risk Management Policy and ensuring all the compliance related to FOREX exposure management.
- Preparing and circulating daily MIS of all the FOREX related transactions undertaken by Front office and circulating it to the Top management for informed decision making. It includes preparing various reports like Hedge cost, amortize cost, volume summary, identifying reasons for daily change in Hedge cost, etc.
- Preparing Monthly MIS and various reports like YTD hedge cost, outstanding Import and Export exposure, outstanding hedges, options hedge cost, ECB hedge cost, Forwards and Options volume summary, etc.
- On monthly basis preparing and circulating ERD reconciliation between Books and MIS, hedge cost as per books and as per MIS, MTM comparison of Bloomberg and Banks, etc.
- Preparing monthly and quarterly UFCE and getting annual audit of UFCE and submitting it to Banks
- Adhering to RBI compliance related to underlying submission, MTM comparison, outstanding hedges comparison, monitoring banking limits, etc.
- Data Analytics related to the FOREX exposure management and Dashboard preparation
