Qualifications :

- You hold a Bachelors' Degree in Commerce - CA (any attempt) 5 to 6 years of relevant experience. You are a person with strong excel and presentation skills, with good understanding of IT systems like SAP, SAP BI.

The Position :

- You will be responsible to manage Anchor Budget (AB), Rolling Estimates (RE), and similar financial planning processes. Further, responsible for analysis and/or management reporting to local/global management to secure transparency in the organisation's performance against short- and long-term targets.

- Furthermore, leverage data, business understanding and interpersonal skills to interact with local/global management in a partnering capacity in order to drive value creation for the company.

- You will be supporting and actively participating in data collaboration for budget exercise and computing targets, monthly financial performance reporting to all business units, drafting monthly financial MIS (MMR, Inventory monitoring, bridge from in-market to Ex-NN sales, change in product mix vs. planned period), track monthly sales development vs. realised period and highlighting YTG sales target vs. planned period.

- You will be driving every element of P& L and report variance analysis actual vs. budget in comparison to the last year (only for cost) in order to monitor sustainable growth, report the price development and coordinate for timelines for proposed implementation.

- You will be partnering with business units for cost forecasting, regional/global funding and reporting variances on monthly basis. And review monthly collections/receivables and reporting collection performance for institutional business.

- Simultaneously, you will be focused and responsible for driving automation projects.
