We are looking for Associate Manager - Finance & Accounts for one of the leading SAAS based Tech companies serving the hospitality industry. The Company's platform offers a suite of software to leading hotel chains in 40 plus countries across the world .

Role: Associate Manager - Finance & Accounts
Experience: 4 to 6 years
Qualification: CA
Location: Delhi
Job Requirement :
- CA with 4 to 6 years of relevance experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Should have International Accounting exposure.
- Should have strong experience in Book Review, Book Closure, Finalisation & Consolidation.
- Good understanding of Managing Taxes / TDS.
- Strong hands-on General ledger transactions and consolidation experience.
- Experience of Transfer Pricing will be a value added
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel & MS Word)
- Impeccable communication skills
Job role :
- Monthly Book reviews and analysis of accounting books for India and Overseas entities - UK, US,Singapore & China.
- In charge of inter-company transactions and reconciliation.Perform monthly, quarterly and year-end closing consolidation, and prepare appropriate financial statements.
- Assist in developing monthly reports of revenues and expenditures.Coordinate with foreign entities- accountants/consultants for timely financial reporting.
- Convening of Statutory audits for all the regions.Review and interpret financial reporting requirements, rules and regulations.
- Statutory compliance management like direct taxes, indirect taxes as well as payroll taxes for various geographies.
- Helps with different accounting fields, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, journal entry review, etc.
