Associate Manager - Factory HR - Agriculture/FMCG (5-12 yrs)
Job Description:
1. Working closely with the Manager and Management teams to ensure that HR is aligned with business and operations of the company.
2. Efficient in managing entire HR & IR Activities including internal & external affairs, Handling Unions LTS, Statutory Policy Making, Labor Management, Recruitment, Payroll, Labor cost analysis, Performance Management, Training & Development, Labor welfare and Health & Safety committees.
3. Drive performance management process across goal setting, mid-year review and final review.
4. Conduct orientation sessions for new employees.
5. Support local management in identifying correct structure and strategy for people management within the company. (Organization structure, job content, roles and responsibilities, reporting lines, work levels)
6. Oversee all necessary paperwork, employee communication, benefits maintenance, leave tracking, management reports, workers compensation claims.
7. Extensive experience in maintaining harmonious industrial relation among Management & workers through efficient administration and resolution of Employee grievances.
8. Needs to play a key role in forecasting the Labor requirements and plan them accordingly.
9. Strong understanding of General Administrative, MIS reports, Power Point Presentation preparation.
