Qualifications : Bachelors Certificate in Law or equivalent. Experience: 3-6 years of experience in a legal environment (either Law firm or In-house). Analytical thinker with detailed research proficiencies. Areas of work : (a) Manage Legal projects and follow up on the same. (b) Ability to grasp and interpret legal documents and draft. (c) Compile, proofread and revise drafts of legal documents and reports. (d) Daily record keeping with electronic and hard copy filing of documents. (e) Fantastic organizational skills and detail-oriented - being able to project manage and follow up. (f) Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. (g) Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Collaborating with other members and managing the important and strategic projects from the CLO's office (h) Brilliant written and verbal communication skills. (i) Proficient in Microsoft Office and all other relevant computer software and programs.
