Associate Manager - Corporate Development Role Description : - Reach out to media-tech firms globally and source deals for investments and acquisitions. - Lead various parts of an M&A and investment transaction as the company grows inorganically. - Play a leading role in all aspects of the company's fundraising process from VCs - including financial modeling, presentations, assisting with due diligence and analysing/negotiating transaction documents. Requirements : 1. 3-5 years of experience working in a VC firm or investment banking role. MBA preferred but not required. 2. Fluency with financial modeling and adept at analysing legal documents involved in VC financing and M&A transactions. 3. Solid oral and written presentation skills required for presentations and memos. 4. Willingness to travel internationally as required. Role is based in Bangalore and verbal communications skills
