- Exposure to GDPR/ Data Privacy laws internationally.
- Experience having worked with international regulatory bodies (eg: Google's chrome policy or Apple's Safari policy or Can Spam or the CASL Act).
- Knowledge about the AdTech space. Manage a team to ensure network compliance to protect the interest of both advertisers as well as consumers.
- Ensure publishers are conducting daily operations in adherence to program policies and other relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop compliance processes and manuals which can also function as a repository of standard compliance use cases.
- Maintain and update policies based on changes in industry regulations
