Associate Manager - Compensation - BPO

We have an opportunity for Associate Manager-Compensation for Bangalore location

Designation- Associate Manager

Qualification MBA Mandatory

Experience 6.5 to 9 years

Minimum 3 to 4 years of team handling experience

Experience in handling Indian compensation ( No global or US compensation )

Tier 1 organisation only- Wipro Infosys and Genpact

Key Responsibilities:

- Overall planning of compensation Budgeting or forecasting ensuring inputs to relevant finance teams to build

- Program manage compensation planning

- Designs pieces of complex compensation programs resulting in significant and long term changes to the company compensation offerings and policies ensuring optimal budget utilization.

- Oversees the implementation of specific components of complex and large scale global compensation initiatives ensuring appropriate local implementation in the context of global guidelines.

- Designs and develops training education and communication materials for the implementation of global or local compensation programs.
