Job overview :
- Identify product and business growth levers to plan a roadmap for the category, and drive execution of key initiatives planned
- Liaison with Business Finance and Analytics functions to define and track KPIs for growth of the business
- Execute key marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Coordinate with Regulatory, Legal and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to applicable guidelines and policies
- Design and create a reporting mechanisms for leadership reviews
Preferred background and qualifications :
- MBA from premier institute
- 3-5 years of experience in managing end-to-end categories, preferably at growing startups
- Understanding of the payments domain including regulatory and competitive environment is preferred. Well-Versed in Market Research, Marketing Plan, Category Management, Business Strategy, Stakeholder Management
